The office accepted provider feedback for 90+ days following activation of Rules R380-600 (DLBC General Provisions Enforcement) and R501-1 (Human Services General Provisions) to ensure the Rule Interpretation Manuals are accurate, fair and easy to understand. The following Rule Interpretation Manuals are now finalized and will be used for enforcing the two rules linked above:
